Made of vintage 60s/70s upholstery cotton, vest laces up with striped velvet ribbon, and mini skirt zips up the back. Blue floral stripes with red and green accents. Rhinestones are scattered throughout to give it a little shine. This would look so cute as is or layered with a turtleneck and tights for winter. Adjustable sizing depending on how revealing you want to be with the top ;)
